Opening hours
Monday to Friday, 9am - 12.30pm, by appointment only.
Belgian citizens: via e-Appointment only (see consular services in French or Dutch).
Important:
- Only Belgians registered in a consular post abroad can request a passport or have their biometrics recorded for an eID.
- If you reside in our jurisdiction and have a legal status, you must register with us prior to making an appointment.
- If you live in another jurisdiction, contact your consulate to make sure your file is in order before making an appointment with us.
- Please cancel your appointment online or notify us by e-mail if you cannot come to the consulate as planned!

Visa Applicants must create an account and schedule an appointment at visaonweb.diplomatie.be.
