Honorary consulates

Honorary consulates have less competencies than the embassy and consulates (general). They are not competent for any visa-related manner and cannot answer questions concerning visas. Honorary consuls do not always have the Belgian nationality or speak the official languages of Belgium. You should therefore always contact the Embassy of Belgium in Washington or the Consulates-General in Los Angeles, New York or Atlanta first, particularly concerning urgent matters.
